Podrush is a product of NWBRAINS LLC (“we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist or using this website you agree to these terms.
Pre-launch status
Podrush has not launched. This website exists to describe the product and collect waitlist signups. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no service is currently provided.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about the launch. It creates no account, no obligation on either side, and no guarantee of access. You can ask us to remove your address at any time.
Your content
When the service launches, you keep ownership of everything you record. We will need a licence to process and publish it on your behalf; the scope of that licence will be set out here before launch.
Changes
These terms will be replaced in full before the service opens. We will update the date above when that happens.
